LOVE!
Song of Solomon 8:7
7 Many waters cannot quench love; rivers cannot wash it away. If one were to give all the wealth of his house for love, it would be utterly scorned.
Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under heaven:
a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain,
a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.
Exodus 15:13
13 "In your unfailing love you will lead the people you have redeemed. In your strength you will guide them to your holy dwelling.
Song of Solomon 7:10-12
I belong to my lover,
and his desire is for me.
Come, my lover, let us go to the countryside,
let us spend the night in the villages.
Let us go early to the vineyards
to see if the vines have budded,
if their blossoms have opened,
and if the pomegranates are in bloom
there I will give you my love.
Leviticus 19:18
18 " 'Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against one of your people, but love your neighbor as yourself. I am the LORD.
John 3:16
16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
John 13:1
1 It was just before the Passover Feast. Jesus knew that the time had come for him to leave this world and go to the Father. Having loved his own who were in the world, he now showed them the full extent of his love.
Song of Solomon 8:6-7
Place me like a seal over your heart,
like a seal on your arm;
for love is as strong as death,
its jealousy unyielding as the grave.
It burns like blazing fire,
like a mighty flame.
Many waters cannot quench love;
rivers cannot wash it away.
If one were to give
all the wealth of his house for love,
it would be utterly scorned.
Romans 5:8
8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Deuteronomy 7:9
9 Know therefore that the LORD your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commands.
1 Chronicles 16:34
34 Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever.
Psalm 31:7
7 I will be glad and rejoice in your love, for you saw my affliction and knew the anguish of my soul.
Song of Solomon 2:10-13
My lover spoke and said to me,
"Arise, my darling,
my beautiful one, and come with me.
See! The winter is past;
the rains are over and gone.
Flowers appear on the earth;
the season of singing has come,
the cooing of doves
is heard in our land.
The fig tree forms its early fruit;
the blossoming vines spread their fragrance.
Arise, come, my darling;
my beautiful one, come with me."

What's the Point/Intro!
Have you ever seen the movie "How To Save A Life?" If not, you should. It changed my view point on so many things. If you look at my motto, it's a quote from the movie: "What's the point of all this if you're not going to let it change you?" Here is a clip for that scene:
http://www.wingclips.com/movie-clips/to-save-a-life/let-this-change-you
In this movie, Jake's childhood best friend Roger Dawson kills himself. He feels like nobody cares, and like there's no reason for him to be there in the first place. Jake is devastated and hurt by what has happened, and he doesn't know what to do. He wasn't the best friend to Roger, and they hadn't talked for two years! He sought peace from so many places, and couldn't find it.
Two of my favorite Bible verses are: James 1:26-27
26 If you claim to be religious but don’t control your tongue, you are fooling yourself, and your religion is worthless. 27 Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you.
If you've ever been on a mission trip, or a youth retreat with your church, you probably know the "mission trip high"(as my youth leader describes it as), that you have when you come home. You feel like you're going to be so close to God, and that nothing can break that! Sometimes, that actually happens, but a lot of the time you stay close to Him for a while, and then, slowly but surely, your relationship with Him begins to dwindle down into the cracks of the rest your life. There is drama going on with your friends, you can't decide what to wear to the latest party, you need to focus on school- SO many things can make your relationship with God seem less important!!!
This is what the quote reminds me of is the mission trip high. What is the point of this if you aren't letting going to let God change you? Why can't we keep that mission trip high for just long enough to turn it into a habit? Just long enough to turn it into our very own lifestyle, and NOT a temporary change? What if you can keep yourself up to it? Say with a "prayer partner?" Or what if you can get your whole youth group in on it! You can check yourselves multiple times every day until you don't need to be checked anymore. There has to be some way that it isn't just a high and that church and God DO change us and we LET them change us... But how?
Answer:
We LET God change us. We give into Him, and allow Him to take over our lives completely, because He is the One who created us after all, isnt He?
